Our INNOVATE® stage is the second stage of the transformation process. It's where we convert the INSPIRE® development brief into planning and construction drawing and is where the magic happens.


We build on our stage 1 INSPIRE® process to achieve planning permission for the most desirable and profitable scheme possible without sacrificing design intent, quality,
social, environmental, or economic value.

CREATE®

Construction & Handover

RIBA Stages 5-7

Lastly, our CREATE® stage is focused on construction activities and achieving a value-added cost-effective construction solution for the proposed development.


To do this, we build on our stage 1 INSPIRE® and stage 2 INNOVATE® processes to optimize the construction programme, reduce costs, and achieve desired quality.
