Who we are.
Capexia Limited, incorporated in 2014, is a forward-thinking and continually evolving property development and investment company that originally started out as a development and project management consultancy.
However, one thing has not changed during our evolution. We remain focused on our core business purpose: delivering exceptional CAPital EXpenditure Investment Assets by working with landowners, investors, and end-user clients to build great places to live work and play.
What we do.
Our strategy is simple. We identify opportunities, reduce risk, remove the hassle, and optimize development potential to create exceptional real estate assets that add value to landowners, investors, and end users.
We do this by unlocking land potential and investor returns through the delivery of multi-family residential (OMS, BTR, PRS, and affordable schemes), commercial, industrial, logistics, mixed-use, and Sui Generis brownfield developments with GDVs ranging between £5m-£150m.
Where we work.
Our company is based in Billericay, Essex, UK. Although we work primarily across London and Home Counties, we welcome all opportunities, regardless of location if we believe there is a viable and profitable scheme to be delivered.

Developed from over 30 years of industry experience in development, design, and construction, our I-I-C processes and procedures promote continual improvement whilst enabling us to efficiently and cost-effectively deliver projects without compromising on project vision or quality whilst meeting development goals & objectives.

We firmly believe in doing things the right way and avoiding shortcuts. Our mission and vision statement are founded on these principles, and we plan to maintain this mindset in all of our future projects for many years to come.
